What to
Expect:
- During working hours, expect noise, traffic delays, and some dust. Every effort will be made to minimize these impacts.
- During working hours, local traffic may be temporarily rerouted. At the end of each working day, all work areas will be plated and normal traffic patterns will resume.
- Emergency access will be provided at all times.
- Local access to homes will be provided for all residents:
- Vehicular access to resident driveways may be subject to 15-30 minute delays depending on the phase of work at each location.
- Residents will have pedestrian access to homes available at all times.
- No work is scheduled to take place on weekends or holidays.
Location
and Schedule Information:
The construction work is planned to take place
in localized areas on each of 14th Avenue, 15th Avenue,
Blackpoint Lane, 16th Avenue, and Geoffroy Drive. The work consists
of different phases at each of the five noted streets. Work will take place between the week of January 11, 2016 through mid to late March 2016. For a more detailed approximate schedule and duration on each street, please see below.

following is intended to be an approximate schedule of the upcoming stages of
work. Please note that the timeframes listed below are approximate, and subject
to change due to weather or other unforeseen impacts.
Install PTMT
Jacking Pit Shoring Piles
Description of Work: Contractor will be drilling piles for shoring at each of the jacking pit locations.Locations: 15th Avenue, 16th Avenue
Duration: Each location is anticipated to require 1-3 working days.
Approximate Timeframe: Week of January 11, 2016 through Week of January 25, 2016.
Working Hours: 7:30am to 5:00pm, 8:30am to 4:30pm for Heavy Equipment
Install PTMT Receiving Pits
Description of Work: Contractor will be drilling and excavating each of the receiving pits.
Locations: 14th Avenue, Geoffroy Drive, Blackpoint Lane
Duration: Each location is anticipated to require 1-2 working days.
Approximate Timeframe: Week of January 11, 2016 to Week of January 25, 2016.
Working Hours: 7:30am to 5:00pm, 8:30am to 4:30pm for Heavy Equipment
Excavate PTMT Jacking Pits
Description of Work: Contractor will excavate each of the jacking pits.
Locations: 15th Avenue, 16th Avenue
Duration: Each location is anticipated to require 5-10 working days.
Approximate Timeframe: Week of January 25, 2016 to Week of February 8, 2016
Working Hours: 7:30am to 5:00pm, 8:30am to 4:30pm for Heavy Equipment
Install New Trenchless Sewer
Description of Work: Contractor will install new sewer pipe using trenchless (PTMT) methods.
Locations and Approximate Timeframe:
Working Hours: 7:30am to 5:00pm.

- 15th Avenue to 14th Avenue: Week of February 15, 2016 through Week of February 22, 2016
- 16th Avenue to Blackpoint Lane: Week of February 29, 2016 through Week of March 7, 2016
- 16th Avenue to Geoffroy Drive: Week of March 14, 2016 through Week of March 21, 2016
Working Hours: 7:30am to 5:00pm.
- One day of each Drive may require extended working hours from 7:00am to 7:00pm.
- 72 hours notice will be provided in your area when extended work hours are anticipated.
